About Sarah
Sarah grew up in the Bay Area, California. She majored in Communications at Grand Canyon University, and enjoyed 4 years of playing tennis for the “Lopes!” Sarah then worked for The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, overseeing Donor Relations and Event Planning in AZ. Thanks to a co-worker at FCA, she met her husband James, and the young couple jumped into youth ministry together. Following FCA, she worked for Alternatives Pregnancy Center. A year into marriage, Sarah and James adopted 6-year-old Michael from Uganda, and she was then a full-time mom. Now, Sarah is mom to four dear ones: Michael (20), Molly (13), Brady (10), and Joanitah (who went to heaven in 2021). In the midst of momhood, she became a professional organizer, helping to bring order from chaos. But her deeper passion is organization of the heart, “rightly ordered loves,” as St. Augustine calls it. Her aim is ministry to women through: prayer, discipleship, listening, writing, speaking and retreats.
